Having the pool and koi pond settled in the country made for such a nice ambiance. Having a pool table and ping pong table was nice for the kids. The sleeping arrangement is unique, but was no issue for our large group! There was a cat that threw up by the door and ran inside several times. The whole family had a wonderful time. We are a large group and the property was laid out nicely, there was privacy, kids could play without worrying about them making too much noise etc. Beautiful views and walking trails. This property was not on the water but I actually think we had more privacy and enjoyed it more. Also, there are common use areas and access to the water just minutes away.
