After pointing this out, someone was sent out while we were down at the water. He cleaned the grill and left, but did not address the patio in any measurable way. Rather than further interrupting our stay, we addressed the patio where we could, to at least make it usable. However, some of the patio furnishings were in need of power washing, so we opted not to use. Also, the A/C went out on the second day. After spending the afternoon/evening down at the water, we returned to a house that got in the 80s. The owner was advised, but indicated unable to send someone out, casting a shadow over what might otherwise have been a decent stay that would have garnered a solid 4 as a rating. ##### Ronald C.
