Large rooms

Location: nothing within walking distance, but right off of Highway 89. Rte 2a north will bring you to giant malls with stores/restaurants if that's your thang.
Full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher and dual basin sink. Mattress was hard. Lots of closet space. Free parking, WIFI, decent sized TV, very good breakfast. Overall, an excellent value. Would recommend to a friend and would happily stay again. About 6 miles to Burlington.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. My son was able to check in early after a 20 hour drive from NC.

Next door to another (newer and better maintained) Marriott we mistakenly went to first, operated by a totally different management company who had no record of our reservation but did eventually suggest we try next door. Marriott Residence is in desperate need of external painting and repair, but to our happy surprise, the room was spacious and lovely (although no king beds at all). Looks like they upgraded the rooms first and haven't upgraded the outside yet. Good choice if you can only do one, but they really need to do both. Overall an excellent value. We have booked rooms there for UVM graduation.

Came up to Vermont for a family vacation. Loved the hotel, only negative I could think of is that it's an outdoor hotel, meaning the hotel's are configured like an apartment complex and you have to go outside to get to the clubhouse and indoor pool And with it being winter it was a minor inconvenience other than that the hotel service, breakfast, and staff were amazing.
