The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high for what we got. The carriage house is really nice. The rooms are all a good size and are comfortably furnished. The beds are also very comfortable and the bedding is good quality. It was very quiet and since is is tucked away off of the street it feels vey peaceful. It is a great location with a great grocery store a short walk away and many restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to reach and the check in and check out were very easy. Overall i highly recommend this lovely place. I would definitely come back! ##### alys m.
