The Space: The apartment is located on the second floor of a triplex, the other tenants in the building are quiet young professionals. The unit is recently renovated with lots of modern touches and cozy spaces. The apartment is freshly renovated and includes high ceilings, new furniture throughout, a washer/dryer, a large sparkling clean bathroom with clawfoot tub, and a massive private deck with unobstructed views of the city skyline and Lake Champlain. Guest Access: You'll have a private entrance and will be a sent a unique code for the lock that will allow secure access during your stay. The Neighborhood: This home is located in the tranquil hill section of Burlington, a lovely residential area only minutes from the waterfront and downtown Burlington it's an absolutely ideal home base for exploring our little city and points beyond! Getting Around: The home is a 20-30 minute walk from Downtown and there are plentiful ubers and a bus stop nearby Other Things to Note: the controls for the firepit are located on the lake facing side of the base, please do not move or otherwise displace the firepit anywhere else on the deck.
