Please communicate for check-ins later than 10pm. For requests during quiet hours, please call the host for immediate service. Park at your own risk - not responsible for damage or theft of vehicle or vehicle contents. $50 late checkout fee. $35 lost key fee Guests are not allowed to make reservations for more than a total of 21 days over a 30 day period. The ceilings are very low, bathroom needs improvements (it is very dated and showing lots of age) and floors are very uneven feels like walking on a ship.They did a nice job of putting together the best as possible space. It is not easy walking distance to UVM, but a very short drive. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with very steep wooden stairs, so be aware if you have physical limitations. The ceilings in the apartment are also very low in places, so if you’re much over 6’ tall you might be uncomfortable. Finding parking was easy as there is a dedicated space for the renter and clear directions on how to find it. We had one minor issue during our stay and the owner responded quickly and satisfactorily. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and though weather prevented us from using the deck, it looked like a nice area to hang out on a good day. ##### Aerin O. If you are coming in by train on the Ethan Allen Express it’s a literal 4 minute walk to the station. The place is also very close to all the shopping/restaurants/bars/coffee shops you could want and hiking/biking on the island line trail.
