We were told we would get a partial refund for that but didn't. Ended up shocking the water ourselves. There was a bottle marked E-coli in the refrigerator so we were afraid to use it. The fridge and oven were visibly filthy. The house smelled so bad of dog we had to buy scented candles and air freshener to stay. There were not enough...
