« Hatte hier Zwischenstopp auf der Heimfahrt gemacht. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett bequem, das Bad recht groß. Alles war sehr sauber. Leider war das Restaurant am Tag meines Aufenthaltes abends geschlossen. Das wurde mir ca. 1 Woche vor dem Aufenthalt vom Hotel mitgeteilt und eine kostenlose Stornierung angeboten, was ich sehr fair fand. Das Frühstück war gut, es fehlte an nichts. Auch Kipfenberg und die Umgebung sind schön, auch wenn etwas abseits der Autobahn. Alles in allem eine gute...

« Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Dusche ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und leidet sehr unter dem Kalk. Die Thermoskannen beim Frühstück müssten mal getauscht werden. Aufgrund meiner Ernährung bin ich etwas eingeschränkt beim Frühstück. Hier war es sehr aufmerksam, dass ich eine Eierspeise angeboten bekommen habe. Im Ergebnis ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, was aber durch die Gastgeber wieder ausgeglichen wird. »

« Hôtel magnifique.. très bien situé une belle vue au petit déjeuner… service agréable et très à l’écoute… un petit bémol en ce qui concerne les places de parking … lorsqu’on réserve une place .. on s’attend à en avoir une quand on rentre le soir et un emplacement pour personnes handicapées c’est peu… nous avons dû nous garer assez loin alors que j’étais avec une personne à mobilité réduite … il serait bien de vérifier si toutes les personnes ont bien réservé leur emplacement, et quelques prises...

"This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement."
