"The check in lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Nice steak house across the street, easy to walk to. The breakfast was pretty bad though. I took one bite and dumped it, went out to get something better. Will stay again next year."

"We had a very nice stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated and our room was very comfortable! The staff that we encountered was very nice! We were in town for a hockey game and the property was conveniently located for it. If I had any complaints, it would be... for the continental breakfast, there were three cereal choices plus an oatmeal, but none of them were gluten-free. I have Celiac Disease...I could have ate the eggs and potatoes they had though, so it wasn't like there wasn't anything that should have been "safe". I always pack my own food, just in case, so it was fine...but if the hotel is looking for any ways to improve, that would be the only thing I would suggest."

"The room was one of the filthiest Ive stayed in. Mirror next to adjoining door was filmy dirty. Bathroom grout was rusty, uncleaned around rub and bath counter. Condition of the tub was extremely worn, chipped..rusted around drain faucet. Breakfast options very nice. Most likely will not stay here again. "

"Meh, it's okay, nicely appointed hotel overall and room. however, our room smelt a little dank. It could have been clearer, I one of those wackos who pay attention to detail and dust on lights and baseboards is sign that cleanliness is average. It's a higher end hotel for the area , so there should be expectation of excellence they should strive to for. Also, no dress code staff is required to adhere to, it's apparent at check-in, friendly, but whatever they want to wear that day is what you'll see greeting you. I'm all for being and expressing who you are, but at work, there should be a level of professionalism any good hotel would want to showcase. The valet and bar staff are good to go and also friendly. Parking is not available on site, but there is a fee based parking garage a block away. "
