"Our family stayed here in June 2024, the house is clean and has plenty of space. Views from the back deck are incredible and being right on the beach is the number one reason to rent this house. Fully stocked kitchen, air conditioner gets icy cold, plenty of room for two adults, three teenagers and a dog. Communication with the owner was great, they were very attentive and welcoming. The only thing negative is an extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice has to go out and buy some on the first night. Night lights in the bathrooms would have also been nice. "This condo is the perfect distance from the beach and activities. The patio was great for group breakfast and hanging out after a long beach day. The condo has everything you need. We had the top floor with construction occurring on the bottom. If you are only booking the top or bottom, it might be a little challenging with parking/being aware of others around you when using the porch area."
