Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town.
Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour

Hotel Continental Balneario
The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts.
All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming.
This is a pristine place to stay especially if you are touring the Pyrenees. A number of fellow motorcyclists were staying at the same time.

The room had no AC. It was hot and waking up sweating on a vacation was not the plan. With windows open and with a fan. Too hot. Should have been made clear on the listing.
The shower drain has no P trap. So a few times in the day, bad smell from the drainage would fill the room. Covering the drain with a towel resolves the problem temporarily.
