Podere Vetricella is a comfortable, detached cottage surrounded by meadows and fields, renovated in 2023. It offers a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities. Relish the secluded, sunny countryside location, just 4 km from the center of Buonconvento.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the tranquil outdoor spaces, including a natural state property, an above-ground swimming pool (3 x 6 m, seasonal availability from 20th May to 15th October), an outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking at the house, although the 300m bumpy motor access may require a car.  
  
Other Information  
Amenities within 4 km include shops, a grocery store, supermarket, restaurants, a bakery, bus stop "Buonconvento," and the railway station "Buonconvento." Baby equipment is included, and the owner uses some rooms in the house. Groups of teenagers are considered upon request. A car is recommended for your holiday rental in Asciano, Italy.

Unit Layout  
You will find the Podere Vetricella villa spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2023 with very tasteful and stylish furnishings. The entrance hall features air conditioning, leading to a living room with air conditioning and an exit to the garden. One double bedroom on the ground floor comes equipped with a shower/WC and air conditioning. Upstairs, an open living room with an open-hearth fireplace, TV (flat screen), and air conditioning awaits. The dining room is located on this level as well. Two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and a room with two 80 cm beds and air conditioning, provide ample sleeping space. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Two additional showers/WC ensure convenience. Natural stone floors contribute to the comfortable country house style.

During your vacation at Podere Vetricella, you will enjoy access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, and a fireplace. Pets are welcome, and a private patio is available for your use. Heat is provided, and you will find a microwave, television, and a maximum capacity of eight guests across the four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Podere Vetricella offers a patio roofed area, a garden, terrace furniture, deck chairs, a covered balcony, and a box-room for your convenience. Marvel at the beautiful panoramic views of the countryside from this villa. Additional facilities provided are a dryer, iron, mosquito nets, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and logs (extra charge). Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access and reserved parking at the house are included. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a private entrance. While the description mentions a pool, it is for private use only.
