Particularly recommended if you prefer the charm and individuality of an old "tipico" historic building over a modern anonymous one. Siena deserves at least a few days of your itinerary. "We had an amazing time in Siena, Paolo was so wonderful. He was a very prompt and clear communicator who went out of his way to be helpful when we were looking to store our luggage for the day before checking in. The apartment itself was comfortable and the location was excellent; we could pop down the stairs and be right in the middle of bustling Siena but the apartment wasn’t noisy and we were able to get quiet and restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great stay at this lovely country apartment 10 minutes away from Siena. The apartment is in a restored farm house and was spacious for us, near a restaurants, grocery, and highway. Unfortunately, the weather was very cool so could not use their lovely patio. Siena was beautiful but better to visit early morning as it gets crowded. We used St. Katherine parking garage a perfect location. I highly recommend this country home for your next trip"

"We booked a room but did not know that there was a generator near our room and was loud. The staff upgraded us to an apartment after a couple of nights. Just a tip, book an apartment if you are thinking of staying here. Breakfast was ok since there’s no shops anywhere near this place. If you can rent a car, better but I think taxis go here. Water pressure was good as well as the wifi. If you miss fast food after eating pasta 3x a day, there’s fast food choices 15 mins away ie Burger King and...

"We stayed in this apartment in Oct2023. Overall our stay there was good. The front of the apartment is on a busy street on the 4th floor. The website shows beautiful views which are from the balconies from the front of the apartment. The views were incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. "Giorgio's apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything in town - and amazing view from the kitchen window! Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!"

"Stayed for 2 nights to see Siena. Perfect place for a home base. Parked about 10 minutes before, just outside the restriction zone. Two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. No coffee in the room, coffee shops down the street a few minutes away. Lots to see and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. We recommend it."

"This was a great place to stay. Not sure we had to walk much more than 10 minutes to get to all the sites we visited. Keep in mind the info that states there isn’t an elevator. The climb is definitely worth it but not if you have difficulty with stairs. Paolo was a wonderful host, communicated quickly and had good recommendations. Would gladly stay here again!!"
