Blending rustic charm with modern comforts, this large property combines two charming cottages and a first floor apartment; allowing everyone to retain their privacy, while still having shared spaces to gather and make memories together. The surrounding landscape enhances the sense of seclusion, creating a tranquil haven where you can unwind in nature’s embrace. Comfy sofas, a wood burner, and Netflix-equipped TV’s offer great ingredients to relax. Boasting in total seven bedrooms and five bathrooms; two ground floor bedrooms both with shower cubicles offers step-free access, and upstairs four bedrooms with two bathrooms, and a further bedroom and bathroom located in the apartment, accessed via external staircase. Outside you have seating patios with BBQ’s, Two hot tubs, each seats up to six people, to soak with bubbles and jets, under a sky full of stars.  
  
An excellent location to discover both Suffolk and Norfolk. Wonderful market towns of Bungay, 9 minutes’ drive and Beccles, 16 minutes’ drive, where the River Waveney passes through, for great riverside walks, and waterside boating activities. Each offer independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries including fine dining, to many cafés serving homemade cakes and savouries. Visit the weekly markets, which are excellent for all things local, should you wish to enjoy a night of cooking and dining in.  
  
Beccles is also home to the lido open-air heated swimming pool, seasonal opening, booking recommended. The quintessential town of Southwold, with its pier and sandy beach, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. Coastal town of Aldeburgh has a good selection of restaurants, serving fresh seafood, and shops.  
  
Market town of Framlingham with magnificent 12th Century castle and parkland offer a historic treat for all. Saturday and Tuesday markets for local produce, together with trinkets and collectibles. Shops, boutiques, antiques, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Visit the cathedral city of Norwich, 21 miles, for culture, theatre, castle museum, plenty of eateries, excellent shopping opportunities and a market square. Supermarkets, shops and pub serving good food, 4.9 miles. Beach 13 miles.
