It’s a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, wildlife, and visit local favorites like Sailors Falls, St Anne’s Winery, Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, Pykes Creek, and Daylesford’s Boathouse Restaurant. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: This off-grid tiny house runs on solar power. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Guest Access: Guests can access the tiny home and nearby paddock but must get permission before entering other paddocks, like horse areas. Other amenities available by 24 hrs notice: \- Breakfast hamper: $35 per person \- Horse agistment: $15 per night per horse \- Outdoor firepit, lighters and firewood (cold months only): $30 per day \- Tree hammocks, canoe (life vests provided), and fishing for yabbies with our net. With beautiful views and a private dam to enjoy, it met all our expectations. The hosts were fantastic and kindly allowed me to change my dates when I inadvertently booked the wrong date initially!
