« It was my first visit to China. I travel a lot and trust me when I say it that THIS hotel is Excellent. From the first email I sent to the reservation and their incredibly prompt respond, to the transport arrangement from the airport organized to by the concierge to the fastest check in done by Sunny, who was the most gracious and professional ever, to then to Jason, my butler who helped me with choosing the perfect room with the view! Fernando at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful...

« Excellent hôtel très bien situé près des attractions principales. La chambre impeccable très technologique. Services autant lobby que le service de nettoyage. Seul point négatif, on avait deux chambres et ça prit un plus long moment avant d’avoir la deuxième, car elle n’était pas propre, cependant après 2h d’attente ils nous ont donné une autre chambre sur le même étage. »
