The home is 700m from the beach, and close to shops, cafes, hospital, and sports centre: • 4 bedroom home with 1.5 bathrooms. • Near public transport (bus) • Good security (electronic deadbolts) Note: there is additional living quarters at the rear of the property where owner/other guests may reside from time to time.
