However, the check-in staff Ella was very aloof, curt and very unhelpful. She is obviously not interested in guests. The cleaners are so much better in their attitude and manners. Overall, we enjoy ourselves at the beach, cafes and shops around the place. Thank you Expedia for arranging our stay here. A minor issue is the phone in the room is not connected to the reception, so we got to go down to the office if we want to check on something. There was an easy safe 10 minute walk to the centre of Bunbury and to the Dolphin Discovery Centre in the other direction. The rooms were spacious and parking was plentiful. Got a complementary upgrade which was nice. Most importantly, the staff were locals from the area and very wel mannered professional. There was also a French girl who checked me in who was very competent and all the staff had welcoming smiles.
