With its elevated position on the third floor, this apartment offers a peaceful escape where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean right from your balcony. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a single bed with a trundle, making it a great option for families or small groups. In the living room, the sofa converts to a queen-size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space if needed. The combined bathroom and laundry include a shower, toilet, vanity, and washing machine for added convenience. Sleeping arrangements: \- Bedroom 1: Queen bed \- Bedroom 2: Single bed with trundle \- Living room: Queen-size sofa bed \- Cot (on request) The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. Please note that there is no dishwasher. Step outside onto the small private balcony and take in the ocean breeze while enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring. The apartment includes one undercover parking bay, and please note that access is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the complex.
