Welcome to Life on Point, a newly renovated, modern lakefront home offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and breathtaking views of Lake Anna’s private side. With 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and expansive indoor-outdoor living, this home was designed for unforgettable family getaways and entertaining.  
  
Step into the two-story foyer and take in sweeping lake views from the moment you arrive. Just off the foyer, you'll find a versatile office or playroom—ideal for work or winding down. The main level also includes a cozy sitting room perfect for quiet conversations and puzzles, along with a welcoming family room. Moving toward the lake, the home opens into a stunning great room that seamlessly combines a chef’s kitchen and dining space.  
  
The gourmet kitchen is a true showstopper, featuring two oversized islands and premium Fisher & Paykel appliances—including two stainless steel refrigerator/freezer units, a gas cooktop and oven, plus an additional wall oven, and a drawer microwave. For effortless entertaining, there are two dishwashers and a fully stocked friends’ bar with an ice maker, beverage fridge, and coffee maker.  
  
Dine in style at the round table that seats 12, with additional seating at the islands or on the spacious covered porch overlooking the lake.  
  
The main level also features a convenient laundry room and half-bath, as well as three luxurious bedroom suites. The primary suite includes a king bed, daybed, open closet, and a serene bathroom with a soaking tub, two-person shower, and private water closet. Two more suites offer king beds and spa-inspired bathrooms.  
  
Downstairs, the fun continues with a home theater, private office, second full kitchen, and open lounge area with a pool table, reading nook, and more.
