This custom-built, beautiful waterfront home has relaxing views of the lake. Come spend time in our lovely screened porch, cook out on the deck (with gas grill), or if movies interest you, check out the theater (blu-ray,DVD, Netflix, Prime Video).  
  
Loaded with all of the necessary comforts and amenities--four dining tables and seating for up to 30 people, this 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath and two kitchen home is truly an amazing getaway. You could have a family of 20 in the home, and still have plenty of private space! Home theater room with seating for 9 with 100" screen to watch movies, or even Sunday NFL Ticket with DirecTV included. 2 additional 65" Samsung TVs are provided in the family room as well as the rec-room. The rec room features a full kitchen as well so no need to keep running upstairs for snacks!!!  
  
Plenty of beds available in this 6 bedroom home (1 King bed in 1st floor Master bedroom, 4 Queen beds, 2 Full bed, 2 twin beds, 2 bunk beds with one having a twin over a full size bed). 2 large sectionals sofas in the family room and rec-room to just chill and watch a movie, play games, or just talk with friends and family.  
  
With nearly 200 feet of shoreline all your family and friends have the privacy and space to sun-bath, swim, or just relax and enjoy the lake front view.   
  
Just a short walk from the common area that was designed for active families, offering tennis, basketball, cordoned-off swim area, volleyball, horseshoes, swing sets, picnic pavilions and lots of open grassy area for a game of frisbee or tag!  
  
Security cameras on property   
Google Home Hub located in Kitchen. You can disable the camera and microphone if you prefer.  
There are 4 external security cameras. One is a Ring Doorbell Camera, one is a camera outside the garage, one is a camera under the deck, and one is a camera on the boathouse.

This house was set up perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The bunk room was a big hit for the grandkids. The lake was beautiful and lots of outdoor space. There were a couple of small issues that you might want to address. The glassware silverware and kitchen supplies could be better. The game room should be made known it’s in the garage. The foosball table was broke so we couldn’t use it. Except for these few issues , which are easily fixed, we had a wonderful family Thanksgiving

The home was a delight. The screened in porch was immaculate. I expected at least some dust/pollen, but it was spotless. We all loved it and hope to come back next year.

The property was located on the lake with a wonderful view. Easy access for boating, kayaking, canoeing & paddleboarding. The house was roomy providing space for 6 or more adults and 3 children or more. Plenty of board games, fuse ball, ping pong and the ability for long walks. The only negatives were the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. It constantly dripped if it wasn't placed in a certain position. The screen porch was great for family dinners but the entire seam on the one side of the screen was not connected so that allowed bugs to enter. Overall we enjoyed wonderful family time with our children and grandchildren!

#### Beautiful and peaceful getaway.

My family and I came from all areas of the United States for a wedding. There was more than enough room for all of us. The two living spaces made it nice for adults and kids to separate and the movie theater was a hit! Algae on the lake was a big concern for me but this area of lake Anna was super clean and warm. We all enjoyed spending our days floating and swimming. We rented a pontoon boat for 5 days and explored the lake. There was rafts, paddle boards and kayaks for us to use. The location was beautiful, just a bit far from major grocery stores but there was a dollar general close by for small needs. It was a great place for large families to gather. We all enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a nicer place!

We stayed for 5 nights in May 2024\. There were 6 adults and 7 kids (ages infant-9 yrs). This was a fantastic property with the lake steps away. We all lounged everyday on the boat house dock, jumping off into the water, kayaking, fishing, roasting marshmallows. Lots of parking! Life jackets provided for all kids (30 lbs and up) and 3 adults. We rented a pontoon boat one-half day at Pleasant Landing and had a great time taking turns on the tube! Food Lion is about 20 minutes away--full-size grocery store; we made several trips during our stay. Having 2 refrigerators was fabulous with our big crowd. We watched movies several times in the theatre room--super fun. The provided card games--Uno and SkipBo Jr.--were perfect entertainment for our age group. We also loved playing ping pong and foosball and the toddlers loved the sandy beach. We even drove into Mineral and took a tour of the firehouse and the kids got to sit in the fire trucks--Stewart was so accomodating. Things to note: they only give you starter supplies for TP and paper towel so bring some! Also, they provide folded clean sheets but you have to make the beds when you arrive--I haven't encountered that before. The paddle boards were very lightweight and didn't have fins on the bottom so we couldn't really use those, but the kayaks were awesome! We loved that the boathouse had a section with shade for the babies. We would rent again in a heartbeat! Ash was easy to communicate with.

The photos don't do this place justice. We loved our stay and all of the amenities. I highly recommend for a group of peers looking to co-work for a few days or for friends and family. We would definitely return.

#### Family Thanksgiving Reunion

Wonderful property and location for our Thanksgiving! The house was very spacious for 15 of us, ranging in ages from 72 to 5\. Adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Ash was very helpful and always available to answer my many questions prior to arrival to ensure our family had a great stay. The grandkids especially enjoyed the theater room and the many activities available at the house. Everyone wished it was warm enough to enjoy the lake and wants to return in the summer time. The overall response from everyone was it was an awesome and perfect place for our time together. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

#### Amazing House on Lake Anna

My family held a reunion on Lake Anna in early October. There were six couples attending the reunion. The house was a perfect retreat for our long weekend. First, the kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. There is every pot, pan, plate, bowl, cup, glass, utensil you can imagine. The living room is perfect for chatting, or watching a game or a movie. The downstairs living area is very spacious and has a second kitchen. Having an extra refrigerator was wonderful. We enjoyed watching Netflix in the theater room. That space is very cozy. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The master suite is AMAZING. The second master, located on the lower floor, is very nice. The screened porch and deck, with the great views of the yard and lake, were perfect for morning coffee and meals. The new boat house and expanded deck were perfect for fishing, lounging on the deck, and launching the kayaks and paddle boards. We LOVED our stay at this beautiful home. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you for opening your lovely home for our family celebrations.

Planned a friend group getaway to relax and have fun, and this property was perfect! There were 14 of us and the house never felt crowded. Cooking space was great, as well as having options for how to spend one’s time. We brought everything with us and didn’t even have to leave the property for anything. The host was super responsive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

#### Best Vacation Home — and Manager — Ever!

This was by far the best vacation property our family has ever stayed in. We never had to leave the property to enjoy our vacation — everything adults and children needed was in the home and on the premises. Our children were never out of the lake water or away from the dock, swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, and more. At night we enjoyed movies in the theater room. There was ample room for our large family — no one felt crowded. And the property is immaculate. We also can’t speak highly enough of the property manager, Ash. We booked a year out, and throughout that year — and during our stay — Ash was always available to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable. He was also the best property manager we ever worked with. Wonderful stay!

#### Beautiful setting for a mini-retreat

Perfect place for our gathering for a few days. Plenty of space and amenities to use. The kids and adults alike really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. No issues with the house, and the property manager was very responsive to our questions. Would happily book here again.
