Little Place by the River 💙

Our little house by the Colorado River is walking distance to Rotary Park where you will have access to beaches, public boat ramps, sports fields, play areas, bbq pits, walking trails and more. The space is a 900 sqft single wide 3 bed/2bath. Just minutes away from Laughlin and centrally located to multiple shopping and dining options.

Not exactly what we expected

We had several issues which were addressed promptly by Tracy. The outside of the property is not very appealing. Weeds overgrown, cats were living under the trailer (they were removed and trailer was sealed up). There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, coffee pot had mold in it (a new pot and coffee were sent to us immediately).

R&R in Bullhead City

Always enjoy Bullhead City even in the summer. This was a mid winter stay and a welcome relief from the weather in Michigan. Had a nice stay. Every night we would lose the internet connection for two to three hours. A little frustrating as the tv is streaming. Property close to the park but also next to a busy intersection. Lots of traffic even late night and early morning. This was our first VRBO stay and would definitely do again. Tracy is a great host with a very nice property in Bullhead City.

Quick Stay

Visiting to attend a memorial. Easy access to stores shops and food. Rental was clean, had WiFi, water and snacks (which was really nice!). There was enough room for my adults kids to have there own beds and space. AC was on so it was nice and cool in the house when we arrived!!

we all loved our stay there.I personally recommend it to anyone.beds are so comfortable very clean smells good..I told my family members about it and showed them pictures and wer like how nice better than a motel..

Nice place

The home was very comfortable for everyone, it was a very enjoyable stay there. The house is small but very nice. We enjoy that the house was very clean and it didn't have any type off smell at all. Things you have to consider are that there's only one TV, the dining table has only two chairs, and the beds are on those metal frames abit noisy but comfortable and there are soft mattresses. A very quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to the market about 15min to Wal-Mart. Overall we love our stay there and would likely come back again. I contact Tracy on my way there and she was very nice and she responded very quickly. Hope other people enjoy their stay too.

Simple but efficient

The family and I was down for a softball tournament. Very clean! Home is literally in eyesight of rotary park so the location is perfect for that! Its also very close to the river. Also within walking distance. The neighborhood is "ok" but safe. Tracy was great in responding to the few needs we had. Nice starter pack of water, granola bars, coffee and tea for the keurig.

Weekend getaway

My daughter had a weekend softball tournament in Mojave Valley. Place was perfect for two adults and two children. We also enjoyed walking along the Colorado River.
