Villa Spice House Inn Upstair

Situated directly on the beach in the center of Lovina, a charming and historical community in North Bali. Just 3 hours drive from the airport. Lovina offers a peaceful respite from the bustling tourist crowds in other parts of Bali. The location is perfect for guests who want to have a private beachfront residence within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment facilities. It is just a few minute's walk to the renowned Dolphin Statue or to Spice Beach Club.

There is an interesting history of the Inn. Initially, the land was the property of the last king of Buleleng Kingdom, Anak Agung Panji Tisna, and the building was owned by his grandson, Anak Agung Ngurah Jhon. This was Puri Manggala, the first restaurant, and bar in Lovina. Subsequently, tourism increased in Lovina and a visitor bought the restaurant and built an apartment house there named Jhon House. Learn more at The Little Museum of Anak Agung Panji Tisna, located next to the Inn. Jhon House was fully renovated in 2017 and the renamed Spice House Inn.

The Space

It has two apartments, each with a private entrance. The Kayumanis (Cinnamon) Suite is the upper floorof the Inn. There are three bedrooms, each with private bath. The master bedroom and adjoining balcony provide excellent views over the Bali Sea the perfect vista to wake you up every morning of your stay. The Kayumanis Suite has an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area, fully furnished with all amenities. Simply Fantastic! The upscale decor and luxurious features continue throughout the spacious interior.

There are two furnished balconies with lounge chairs and dining table. Here, of course, you can relax with your family and friends and enjoy the vista. In the evening you can enjoy cold drinks and a home-cooked meal while overlooking the breathtaking sunset.

It has a separate staff kitchen where the talented staff can prepare your meals as you wish and serve them in your private suite. In addition, they will take care of all cleaning and help look after your needs. If you wish to enjoy some activities away from the Inn, the staff will be happy to arrange those for you.

Kayumanis Suite is tastefully furnished and suitable for up to 6 people.

Other things of note.

For bookings of 1 week or more, you can enjoy a complimentary Lunch or Dinner (depending on arrival time) on the day of arrival and breakfast the next morning.
