"A friend recommended that we stay here and we were not disappointed. It was a large modern apartment, rather than a hotel room. Large living room with spectacular views of the city, fully equiped kitchen including washer and dryer, comfortable bedroom, and large bathroom. Location was excellent and walkable to everywhere we needed."
"This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend.
Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious. "
"The hotel was lovely. If I was to offer suggested improvement, it would be to have a ATM in the hotel as all taxis are cash only even if booked by the hotel. "
"comfortable bed. aircon a bit noisy but worked well as a white noise machine. shower was spacious and comfortable. good water pressure. towel was large. in-room safe was useful. adequate hangers for clothes. very accessible by monorel but always traffic jam right in front of the hotel. gigantic mall Berjaya Times Square is just an overhead bridge away, and new mall Lalaport is another bridge away. more food and shopping options behind the hotel."
"Location is excellent for shopping. Would be better if more rooms for 3 adults are available. I only manage to get 2 single beds so it's not so comfortable."

"Everything was great. Maybe the housekeeping department will consider put in an extra plastic bag in the dustbin in case we need extra garbage bags.😊
