In a quiet location with a view of olive trees and in the middle of nature, the 280 m² villa with pool extends on a 1000 m² plot. The luxurious Villa Jelena is located in the small Mediterranean town of Jurcanija near Buje.  
  
The spacious entrance is accessible through an electric gate and offers parking spaces for up to six cars and four additional guest parking spaces. The newly created green area beautifies the property as well as the front of the two terraces.  
  
The common balcony on the first floor with sun loungers and seating, the front terrace and the terrace by the living room accessible by the pool with seating and sun loungers offer opportunities for relaxation.  
The separate grill house with its own sanitary area and brick grill and dining area invites you to spend relaxing wine or barbecues.  
  
The pool and two different outdoor terraces with seating areas and the grill house can be reached in just a few steps through the living room. Our pool lift also offers our handicapped guests a chance to relax.  
A spacious entrance area leads into the bright and modern living room with dining area with space for up to eight people and a high chair. A fully equipped kitchen and the latest kitchen appliances as well as a large refrigerator ensure a fun and delicious cooking experience.  
  
Our living area with a comfortable family couch and 58 inch LED Smart TV with all popular apps such as Netflix, Maxdome, Amazon Prime etc. ensures a relaxed Netflix evening. as well as various books and board and board games.  
  
The end is the barrier-free blue room on the ground floor with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and corresponding equipment and toilet.  
On the first floor there are three more spacious bedrooms.  
  
Each of our rooms is equipped with a large mirror cabinet, a double bed and its own LED Smart TV with the latest apps. For the associated bathrooms with shower and toilet, a hair dryer as well as large and small towels and wellness slippers are available per guest.  
  
Each room offers a spacious balcony with seating for evening relaxation and privacy. The rooms are decorated in the colors green, purple and pink. The pink room is also equipped with a cot so perfect for the small family.  
  
The completion of the green area as well as other leisure opportunities in the outdoor area will take place by early May. Ideally, our villa is centrally located so that you can reach the beaches and harbor in Umag as well as Kanegra Beach, attractions such as caving, nature walks, museums, various water sports, the Adriatic Golf Club and the Istralandia water park by car within 10 - 15 minutes can.  
  
Ideal for families or couples who value privacy without being secluded. For whom a certain luxury and a relaxed vacation without tourism stress are important.  
  
Shopping and nightlife as well as a hospital are within 2 - 3 km in the nearest town Buje. The major cities of Poreč, Rovinj and Pula with airport are located from 35 to 80 km away from us.  
  
As a German-Croatian family and living in Germany, we have incorporated German and international standards into the construction and furnishing of our luxurious and modern Villa Jelena and are looking forward to completion in January 2020.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen, modernen und äußerst gepflegten Haus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders angenehm war, dass jedes Zimmer über eine eigene Klimaanlage verfügte – das hat den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht.Es gab ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen im Außenbereich, inklusive Sonnenschutz, und der große, gepflegte Pool war ein echtes Highlight.Die Umgebung hat uns ebenfalls begeistert: ruhig und etwas abgelegen, aber trotzdem zentral genug, um schnell bei Plodine & Co. einkaufen zu können. Auch Umag und Poreč sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt eine wunderschöne Olivenbaumplantage – einfach traumhaft!Ein ganz großes Lob geht an den Vermieter: Er war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und brachte uns sogar frisches Obst und Gemüse aus seinem eigenen Garten – absolut lecker!Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten vollkommen abschalten und den Alltagsstress vergessen.Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden und können diesen Ort und die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

#### Gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren im August 2024 in der Villa Jelena zu Gast. Der Check-In und die allgemeine Kommunikation mit dem Haushälter war Einwand frei. Er ist sehr Hilfsbereit und man kann ihn jederzeit Anrufen. Die Villa war eins zu eins wie in dem Inserat, sehr schön, ruhige Lage und gut ausgestattet. Wenn man in der Nacht abreisen möchte, findet man auch eine Lösung. Wir hatten wirklich einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

#### Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Villa Jelena ist genauso wunderschön wie die Bilder es zeigen. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles perfekt gepasst,wir konnten einen rundum Perfekten Urlaub genießen. Die Ankunft/Abreise war ohne Probleme.

#### Luxus pur

Ab dem ersten Tag bis zum letztem war für uns der Urlaub einfach Luxus pur! Familie Brnić hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war stets für unsere Fragen und Wünsche offen. Da wir mit einem Baby da waren hat uns besonders die Ausstattung mit Babybett und Kinderhochstuhl gefreut! :) Alles war in top Zustand und perfekt sauber. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

#### Wundervolle Villa und bester Urlaub

Der Urlaub war einfach nur herrlich! Familie Brnic ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar mit Frühstücksgebäck versorgt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und man hat auch gar nicht gemerkt, wenn der Pool gereinigt wurde. Herr Brnic hat sich immer sehr zurückhaltend verhalten und war ganz früh da als wir noch schliefen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas gebraucht haben, war er immer erreichbar und auch schnell vor Ort wenn nötig. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Mit sehr viel Liebe und alles eigenhändig von der Familie selbst gemacht. Das merkt man auch. Es ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und man hat jeglichen Komfort und Luxus - sehr viel Freiraum und großes Grundstück mit vielen Spielen für Groß und Klein. Es gibt sogar einen Kickertisch, Dartscheibe und diverse Aktivitäten die zur Verfügung gestellt werden - von Malsachen, über Brettspiele, Kinderbücher bis hin zu Poolsachen und Badminton. Die Sauberkeit ist TIP TOP! So sauber habe ich es nur in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erlebt. Tipps zum Essengehen haben wr auch bekommen. Alles in allem ein super toller Urlaub mit der gesamten Familie! Wir kommen wieder!

#### Gesamthaft ein super Urlaub \*\*\*\*

Villa Jelena ist ein ausgezeichnetes Objekt um in Ruhe zu entspannen, relaxen oder abzuschalten. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern, zeitlos und auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Freunden zu acht Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Supermarkt und Tankstelle kann man in ein paar Autofahrminuten erreichen. Die Städte Umag & Porec‘ sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist persönlich vor Ort und immer ansprechbar und sehr nett. Verbesserungen: es könnte mehr Geschirr zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zur Zeit können die Autofahrer beim Badespaß noch munter zuschauen. Der Vermieter scheint aber daran zu arbeiten, den Zaun bewachsen zu lassen.

#### Toller Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus entsprach allen Beschreibungen und wir (8 Personen) fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und bei Fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit. Er brachte uns sogar einmal zum Frühstück Croissants vorbei. Unser Rollifahrer kam sehr gut im Haus zurecht. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

#### Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und sieht exakt so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und es ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Die Lage ist super, es ist sehr ruhig und mitten im Grünen. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell bei den nahegelegenen Supermärkten oder am Strand. Wir können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

#### Klare Weiterempfehlung

Das Haus ist super modern, hell und allgemein sehr einladend. Wir hatten als 8er Gruppe mehr als genug Platz für alle und verschiedene Möglichkeiten uns zusammen zu setzen und den Urlaub genießen. Der Pool war sauber und im Außenbereich gab es genug Raum um sich auch etwas zu bewegen. Einziger Kritikpunkt für uns war die Ausstattung der Küche, mit der es nicht ganz einfach war 8 Personen zu bekochen. Ansonsten können wir das Haus wie gesagt absolut weiterempfehlen, wenn man es gerne etwas luxuriöser hat und die moderne Bauweise bevorzugt.

#### Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist fantastisch. Beschreibung und Bilder entsprechen exakt dem Objekt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Strände und Ausflugsziele in Istrien sind mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Sehr hochwertige Ferienwohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung - innen wie außen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen hervorragenden Standard. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, ob ein Tag am Pool oder ein Tag am Sandstrand in Umag. Unglaublich nette Vermieter - jederzeit wieder! Herzliche Grüße und vielen Dank.
