The villa was built in 2006 and comfortably modernised in 2013\. In total it covers a plot of 600 square metres. The largest flat in the modern villa covers the entire ground floor with 165 square metres. This holiday flat has three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with a modern kitchen as well as a large and a small bathroom. The bedrooms each have a modern and comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes. The large bathroom has a modern and comfortable bathtub, two washbasins, a toilet and a bidet. The small bathroom is furnished in a modern style and equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower. The stylish and modern kitchen tempts you to cook up a culinary feast, while the luxurious sideboard with granite worktop can be used to prepare delicious meals. In the same spacious room is the dining area with a large dining table and stylish modern furnishings, as well as a cosy living area for a cheerful get-together, including TV.
