This 2-bedroom house in Sugar Hill is perfect for your escape. With 1 full bed and 1 queen bed, guests can enjoy a tranquil and wonderful stay. It is located across the street from beautiful Lake Lanier. Enjoy a scenic 5-10 minute walk down to the waters from which you could launch a kayak, paddle board or even do a little fishing from the shore. The property offers AC, iron, heating, and a hair dryer for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer as well. The backyard features a gas grill for your outdoor bbq cooking and grilling needs. A cool spot to relax and unwind, this cozy retreat is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay.
