For added safety & security precautions, there are deadbolt locks, outdoor flood lights and security cameras outside overlooking the exterior. \- No Parties ($150 fine per guest per night for parties) \- No Smoking ($200 smoking fee with evidence of smoking indoors) \- No additional guests not on reservation spending the night \- Additional visitors allowed within reason and with approval from the host \- If you check in later than 9PM please let me know. There are some wonderful restaurants including a few Puerto Rican cafes and a fun cat cafe across the street. The house itself was a perfect for our group. Lots of room to relax and be together.
