The area around is average, police station is close by. The room itself was clean, didn't see bedbugs, but the side of the nightstands were dirty with a semen look a like liquid stain. The matress was a little bit hard, but we still slept okay. We didn't have any heating system in the room, but they gave us a portable one that worked fine.
