Unfortunately during our stay the pool was closed for cleaning. Our room didn't get cleaned between our 2 night stay. The breakfast wasn't very good and it was a repeat on day 2. I had toast and tea.
Overall, the hotel is fairly good. It could benefit from some updates and improved amenities, and the pool area was quite cold. However, the positives outweigh the negatives. I would stay here again.
The place was a great price and located near the mall and other shopping. The morning breakfast was just ok with not a lot of selection.

Bar food is not great but the hotel itself is nice. The rain was leaking through the roof on the 8th floor, and the walls are very thin. But overall it is a nice hotel.

We enjoy the convenience of the location but the hotel is very “tired”. It could use some updated rooms. Pool is great. Love the atrium the pool is in.

Was a decent enough hotel. The room was a bit of a fire hazard with one extension cord plugged in behind the bed with 8 different things plugged into it and twisted up. Hot water lacked in the shower in the morning. Otherwise was a nice hotel.

Overall this isnt a bad hotel. However the bed was hard as a rock, not enough pillows. We called the front desk to request a couple more and no one answered. The pool area was over crowded. Loud music playing late. I would NOT stay there again.

It was close to shopping and restaurants, however we were on the ground flood, and it rained last night, water came in through the window and SOAKED THE CARPET, with my bag on the floor, with my clothes in it, I told the front desk and all they said was sorry about that

Contacted head office via email twice with no response. Extremely frustrated and hope Expedia can help.

I guess it was a priced fairly for the condition of the room. Bathroom faucet leaked. Breakfast was just OK. A long check-in process, and poor customer service at checkout. Staff always on their personal cell phones. Asked to receive my bill via email, never got it. Not likely to stay there again.

Should be at least a 4 star hotel, but it's not. Needs to do better with details. Stayed 4 days: room never cleaned. No door card to ask for cleaning or no cleaning. Heating fan very noisy: had to keep shut off (fixed, then noisy within a few hours). Fridge not working at all. Replaced after second complaint. Ice machines only on a couple of the 8 floors and at the very end of the long hallway. Zero fruit at breakfast. Ask for wristband at breakfast. Silly. Staff just hands you one without verification. Once busy, no one needs to show one.

Close to the Walden Gallery Mall, Buffalo Downtown, Buffalo Museum of Science!
I definitely will come back to this hotel with my family next time in Buffalo, NY.

Bring ear plugs. This hotel has paper thin walls. Also the complimentary breakfast ends at 9am and at exactly 9am and zero seconds they start to aggressively shutdown & cleanup so arrive early.

There was no microwave in the room at I was told and the coffee maker is dirty and filter was left with coffee bag on the table no garbage bags and trash on the floor

We have stayed here many times. Not a big deal but stayed 2 nights and booked thru expedia. I asked if wanted a 3rd night would it be same rate and she said yes. When i asked after 1st night to extend the trip they said it was rate of that minute which was more than double so forced to not extend my stay there. Aswell there was no room service during our stay so had to ask for more towels. Rooms are thin so can hear "everythjng" next door so had to time our washroom visits. Otherwise ok. Still would stay again.

I paid for two queen beds and we had two full that were super uncomfortable. Pillows were awful. Toilet wasn’t connected to the floor. And the room was dirty. We couldn’t even utilize the support shuttle because the earliest it leaves is 0400. I had even called previously and they said it started at 0300. Never again. One positive was the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing (jayden) ask for him he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The pool was great the kids loved swimming in it, there is only one ice machine in the hotel and it was broken. They ran out of shampoo and there was 4 of us 2 women with long hsir with two tiny sample sized bottles. The phones didnt work, half the lights didnt either and questionsble stains on the curtains. The bathroom sink had cracks and the shower drain was brown. Jayden was the biggest highlight, he switched us to another room immediately .
