The house is well kept and clean. It is very roomy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The bedrooms are upstairs and the stairway is spiral and narrow in spots so it was a little difficult to navigate with our heavy luggage. The bedroom's are large as is the upstairs bathroom. The W/D is in the bathroom which was nice to have since we had been in NYC for 5 days and put them to good use. There is plenty of space to hang clothes but not really a dresser to put other clothes. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs so that's where we slept.The neighborhood was quiet and we were very comfortable there. It's about 30 minutes to Niagara Falls and lots of restaurants and a grocery and Starbucks nearby. The house really met our needs and was very convenient for getting around. ##### Donald E.
