We loved the hotel and staff was very nice. Their computer systems and smart rooms were the issue. We had to wait to check in, we had to be escorted to our room and let in by staff while they processed our room keys, which caused us to miss the opportunity to eat dinner after a long day of work. when we ordered room service the next day and morning we could not called down for service because the phone system was down and we had to go down and order from the front desk on both occasions. The food was very good and the staff was nice.

This trip was good but not great or excellent. Honestly, it was a bunch of little things and a lack of attention to detail. Out toon had some trash from the people before; the hot springs whirlpool was dirty as well as the floor surrounding it. The food is hit or miss with smaller portions, which would be fine if it was amazing. The agreement says there’s a shuttle, four years later and they haven’t updated the verbiage that it’s been shutdown since Covid. The robes are not size inclusive and only go up to a size L. We were awaken by a 7am fire alarm because someone burnt toast. The $20 charcuterie board we ordered for room service didn’t have some of the ingredients it was supposed to come with etc.

We love the mineral hot springs any time of year! Anytime we go in February there is never more than 2 other people in there! Everything is clean. Staff is kind and helpful. There are rooms with more amenities than others. If you want the bells and whistles be sure to talk to staff, but all rooms have a wonderful shower! The restaurant attached is delicious as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was our anniversary and we wanted to get away from the kids, we planned a night to stay at the hotel and paid for late check out so we can order room service and stay in bed. Unfortunately, when I called in the morning room service was unavailable, so we had to get up and go downstairs for bagels and muffins… No hot food available

The property was filfthy. Had to change rooms several times. Staff was angry with me for changing rooms. The last room was horrible too, but it was so late, I had to go to bed. Would not walk outside after dark. Would never ever stay here!

Beautiful Hotel located in the Downtown Buffalo Area and close to everything. It has a hot spring right in the ground floor. From the Check in to everybody it is truly beautiful inside out to the valet parking. Truly a must in the Buffalo area.
