The staff were always pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor which l liked as there were stairs going right up to the second floor. I could use them going down and sometimes going up depending on how my legs were at the time. Unfortunately they had no hot tub even though one was advertised and the pool was too cold to go into. The only 2 faults l found with the room there was a stain on the rug but that was no biggie as l had my slippers with me. The other was they need more lights where the beds are. We took the one lamp off the desk and put it between the beds. But that one lamp was not enough. I like to read but was difficult when it got dark out.

We had a spill of water and used our towels to clean it up but when we asked for towels to replace those we were told they only had hand towels avail. There was blood on the mattress of our bed and a weird bloodstain on the wall and lamp.

We had 5 people in our group, and the hotel only provided 2 bath towels. When asked for additional towels, I was told they didn't have any and they could give me hand towels instead. The furniture and beds were otherwise fine, if a bit dingy and run-down looking. Not what I expected from a Country Inn and Suites

The hotel is very nice for not too much money. The suite we stayed in was very spacious for a family of 3 with 2 dogs. The staff was so welcoming. Everyone we met that worked there was extremely friendly and personable. The breakfast was good! It was a very pleasant stay. I would absolutely come back.

Room was over priced. They have no attention for detail rooms need paint job. 2 bedroom room only one blanket on one bed. 1 bathtowel in bathroom. Mattress old pillows all beat up dirty tissues behind bed. Bulbs out in bathroom toilet does flush properly.

The stay was not bad. The price was good, the breakfast was fair. The rooms were dated and need of an updated. The pull out couch was ripped, dirtt comfortable. There there were no blankets, and only 1 very small pillow, and there were only 2 shower towels so I had to get more. I had a suite with my daughters having the room, with me sleeping on the pull out. One of the keys did not work and needed to be programmed. The room was cold and even though I turned up heat, there did not seem to be much heat in bedroom where the ducts a Are. The. Tub was dirty and there was no bath mat on tub floor. Lastly, the staff was not overly friendly on checkin or checkout - while she was not mean, she was not personable and did not smile at all - very matter of factly. Lastly, at breakfast on last day, all the dude did was complain to guests who were coming for food at 10am, who were asking for food, that he could not keep up. I heard him say at least twice to guests 30 or more feet away from where we were sitting, that he was open since 6:30 and yet everyone waits until 10 am for food and he can’t keep up! The reality is this was Sunday morning after a busy night, with a 12noon checkout, there is nothing wrong with patrons coming at 10 since food is served until 10:30. The fact is, it was clear he just did not want to make anymore and that is not acceptable. Your hotel should now that lots of people on weekends will sleep and eat later - its not hard to plan and staff accordingly!!

We haven’t stayed here in a few years, but one noticeable change was the lack of towels. The pool was stocked with hand towels & our room only had 2 full sized towels, 1 hand towel & no bath mat. I went to the front desk to ask for another towel for our daughter & was told they didn’t have any until they did laundry. I asked why a double queen room would only be stocked with 2, and they told me it was because our reservation was for 2 people….plus 1 child I pointed out, which apparently don’t count. My 9-year old needs their own dry towel! With rooms priced at $250/night, they can afford to buy some more towels. This is our last time staying here!

The man who was in charge of the breakfast was terrible. He kept complaining out loud about the people in the dinning area. There was very limited food. We were there at 9:45 and there was hardly anything. He kept saying that people should not come last minute to eat and that he would only bring out small amounts of food at a time. We spoke to other guests and they thought the same thing. He made us feel so uncomfortable even to ask for more ketchup packets. Breakfast was included and was not supposed to be done by an angry man. Our room only had 2 towels for 4 people. We heard other guests complaining about this also. Why would a room not already be ready for this many guests? That's what we paid for. It was impossible to get more. This is will definitely be our last time there.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. More than enough linens. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and when anything ran out - someone immediately restocked. Our stay was a pleasure. We would recommend.

This property is close to the new ambulatory surgery center at 550 Orchard Park Rd. We stayed twice for 2 days within a month. The breakfast is very good. Mary Jo who takes care of the buffet breakfast was especially kind. She got a bag for a few items to take to the room for my husband after his surgery. Luckily the room has a refrigerator for yogurt and cold drinks.

Did not end up staying at this hotel. I drove down four hours to check in and they told me that I wasn't allowed even though I've had the hotel room booked for months in advance. They kicked us onto the streets for our concert and said you could maybe look for a lower level hotel room, I'm not kicking you out onto the streets you're getting a refund. the customer service was horrible ended up leaving in tears because of how rude the front desk lady was. Overall not a good experience, and I do not recommend. They are not very accommodating.

Great rates and great location. Staff nice and helpful. Only concern was we came home late and construction vehicles had most spots taken. We had to ask for more towels and facecloths. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

The hotel looked nice and new from the outside. Upon entering, though it was a different story. It wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it was dingy and looked in disrepair. There are multiple dirty streaks across the walls, the carpet appears dirty, and lots of marks and tears/chips that need repairs. what was most disappointing is that the pool was closed. We were not notified of this before we booked. This was a March break getaway trip with the kids so we were all very disappointed.

The Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing negative was that on Sunday night close to midnight, the party next to us were shouting profanities at each other and kept us awake for about 1 1/2/hours

Dirty sheets, did not have enough towels for the amount of people that were there, heard so many different reasons why and when the pool was going to reopen. Honestly I think it was just shut down so they didn’t have to deal with the group (it was booked cheer competition was nearby). One elevator was broke, the ice machines had no ice. Staff really didn’t seem to concerned about much at all. Positive breakfast was decent.
