This charming abode offers the perfect blend of style and comfort that's guaranteed to give you and your loved ones a truly unforgettable getaway experience! Enjoy the peaceful serenity of the surrounding neighbourhood or take a stroll over to explore the plethora of attractions and amenities nearby. Not only is it central to all the best of what the area has to offer, but its spacious interior is also perfect for a family gathering - plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax after a day of fun and exploration! Whether it's a weekend getaway or a memorable family vacation, this home has everything you need to make your next escape unforgettable.  
  
This nice apartment in a big house with no sharing except lawn and parking.  
No chores but don't leave space untidy Load used dishes in the dishwasher  
The minimum charge for smoking-related cleaning charge is $250\.   
No loud noises or parties, No visitors registered guests only. Update your booking if the number of guests needs to be updated.   
Late checkout fee $50 for 11:30 and $100 for Noon checkout.  
We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing.  
We may require certain booking additional damage deposit of $500 to $1500  
Guests must keep a close eye on their pets and children, as the house and yard may contain items unsuitable for them.

The house was perfect for us. The house was clean and had all linens, towels, appliances we needed. We will definitely considering staying again next time we're in the area.

#### Will never VRBO again

The property was very nice and clean, and the owner, Sajjad, was wonderful. Would stay there again. VRBO however is terrible. Poor communication, hidden fees, and overall lousy organization. Just awful.
