We had a big group and wanted two baths so we took the whole place. Both units are very nice. We spent most of our time on the porch. It's a beautiful block, very quiet and safe. There was off street parking for our two cars which was a big plus. Nice restaurants are easy walks. We liked Aroma, Extra Extra and Five Points Bakery. There was plenty of parking for an SUV and a Van. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet! The neighbors were very nice. You could seriously just show up with your clothes and you'd be good. So many little extra things were waiting for us (lotion, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover, cleanser, body wash, hair dryer, etc). I definitely could have packed less! The house was very clean. We had so much space between the first and second floor for our families. Most of our time at home was spent sitting on the front porch. Wireless chargers in every bedroom was fantastic. I took off one star for the accuracy of the listing because it said there was a hot tub and there was no hot tub, not a big deal and it definitely didn't change our opinion of the house at all. It would be super awesome if the bathroom doors had locks but that is my personal preference. The communication with the owner could not have been better! He was very nice and was always super quick to respond. Overall, our families absolutely LOVED this house and would hands down recommend it to anyone.
