The main living room includes a Smart TV, oversized sofa, and a 10-seater dining table, with ducted air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, and all the utensils you need to cook at home. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION Bedroom 1 – 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 4 – 1 x Bunk Bed (Double below, Single above) + 1 x Single Bed There are two bathrooms for guest convenience. The main bathroom is located off the hallway to the left of the living room, with a powder room right beside it. A second bathroom is accessible via the converted garage/games room, which also houses the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. Fresh towels, hand soap, and travel essentials are provided for your stay. The garage has been transformed into a fun games room, featuring a ping pong table, exercise bike, and access to the second bathroom. Please note this space is not available for parking. Step outside to the backyard overlooking Budgewoi Lake, where you can enjoy a fire pit, outdoor seating and dining area, and two BBQs — a charcoal BBQ at the front and a gas BBQ at the back. Guests are welcome to use the two kayaks stored in the backyard shed, with life jackets provided. Guest will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. We value your privacy and want you to feel at home during your stay.
