This great studio includes an open-plan kitchen, cozy seating area, balcony, queen-size bed, and well-appointed bathroom. Equipped with coffe maker, safe and smart TV with cable, it’s perfect for couples or solo travelers.  
This exceptional studio in Palermo Soho takes luxury living to new heights—literally. Situated on the 19th floor of a modern apartment complex, the studio offers stunning views of the city skyline. The building provides 24-hour security, a beautiful pool, a sundeck, and a fully equipped gym on the 31st floor—where you can enjoy panoramic views while working out. Guests can access all the amenities. Most of them are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., but this may vary slightly for each one. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us. Please note that the jacuzzi and sauna facilities are gender-specific; there is one jacuzzi designated for men and another for women, and the same applies to the sauna facilities. If you require parking, please reserve it in advance, as it may not always be available. The cost for parking is USD 15 per day. Additionally, complimentary spaces can be utilized for a maximum of 2 hours.
