Palermo is a safe neighborhood with all the amenities and this apartment is in the middle of it. The apartment is in need of some TLC. Don't plan on cooking there. There is no oven and there is limited cookware. What was uncommon for a VRBO property in our experience was the lack of information in the apartment regarding rules, neighborhood or recommendations. ##### Richard T.
