The Space: Welcome to our beautiful two-story house with patio located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, one of the most vibrant areas of Buenos Aires. The house is just a few meters from the best bars and restaurants in the area, as well as shops and nightlife. The house has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable bed and hot/cold air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. There are also 2 modern and fully equipped bathrooms for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, from utensils to modern appliances. The living room has a comfortable single sofa bed, which makes it ideal for families or groups of friends. The patio of the house is an oasis in the center of the city, ideal for enjoying outdoor dining. There is also a laundry room on the property for your convenience. Lastly, the house has high speed internet to stay connected during your stay. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in our beautiful house in Palermo Hollywood and enjoy everything the city has to offer! Guest Access: We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
