Welcome to the beautiful apartment in the exclusive area of ​​Palermo!  
  
This spacious apartment has three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for large groups or families who want to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay in the city of Buenos Aires. In addition, it is located just a few meters from Parque Las Heras and Paseo Alcorta Shopping, which makes it the perfect place to explore everything the city has to offer.  
  
The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals and saving money at restaurants. In addition, it has air conditioning in all rooms to keep cool during summer days and has high-speed Internet to stay connected.  
  
Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs.

Guest Access:  
  
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.  
  
Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Palermo Chico is a residential neighborhood known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.  
  
In addition, Palermo Chico is surrounded by other interesting neighborhoods such as Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, which are famous for their nightlife, designer shops, bars and restaurants.  
  
It is an ideal place for tourists looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood, while being close to other tourist and entertainment venues in the city.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Palermo Chico offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.  
  
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.  
  
Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
