This loft is perfect for 3 people and has single beds that can be converted to a double, a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen.  
  
In addition to our quality furnishings, we offer premium amenities that include 24-hour security, heated pool, outdoor pool, gym, sauna, massage room, and a multipurpose room with a grill to enjoy a delicious meal outdoors. In addition, there is paid parking availability upon request.

Guest Access:  
  
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.  
  
Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time

Puerto Madero is a neighborhood that is constantly growing and developing tourism. Formerly a commercial port, but today it has been transformed into a modern and elegant area with a large number of restaurants, bars, shops and hotels.

It also has important cultural spaces such as the Fortabat Museum, the Women's Bridge and the Sculpture Park. Getting Around:  
  
Puerto Madero offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.  
  
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.  
  
Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
  
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
