Strategically located in Las Cañitas, you will be a few steps from Libertador Avenue and Cabildo Avenue, where you can get easy access to buses and the subway. This apartment not only has a good location but also features wonderful amenities such as an outdoor pool, perfect to enjoy with your friends or family The Space: Upon entering, you will find the living room that has a sofa and a smart TV. The adjacent kitchen is semi-open and is fully equipped with electrical appliances and dishes. Through the living room, you will have access to a balcony that brings natural light into the space during the day. Upstairs you will find the bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in rain shower. The building boasts a swimming pool in the rooftop. There is also a BBQ. The Neighborhood: Walking the line between quaint neighborhood and after dark hot spot, this small, contained sub-section of Palermo became extremely popular among the young Porteños, due to the abundance of restaurants and bars. Directly facing Las Cañitas you will find horse-racing at the Hipódromo as well as its famed Polo Grounds, which fill up with an international crowd for the high season during November and December. Las Cañitas is adjacent to Belgrano, an upscale residential area; Palermo Hollywood, with popular dining and nightlife; and Palermo Nuevo, ideal for jogging, biking or relaxing.
