This is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the cultural and gastronomic life of Buenos Aires, since it is only a few meters from the action. The house has 2.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families. In the patio you can enjoy a delicious meal on the grill, while on the terrace you can cool off in the private mini pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and also has a separate laundry room. In addition, there are 2 single sofa beds and a cot available, which makes the house perfect for groups with small children. We have also equipped each room with air conditioning so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The property is prepared according to the number of guests entering the unit. In addition, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected at all times. We look forward to welcoming you to our home in Palermo Hollywood soon! Guest Access: We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages.
