Welcome to our design department located in the heart of Buenos Aires! This apartment is ideal for couples, friends or small families who want to enjoy a comfortable and elegant stay. Located just a few meters from the Botanical Garden and the vibrant area of ​​Palermo Soho, our apartment is the perfect option to explore everything the city has to offer.  
  
The apartment has a spacious main room, equipped with individual beds that can be converted into a double bed and an additional sofa bed for an extra guest. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in the beautifully designed dining room. The bathroom is modern and comfortable.  
  
The apartment also features a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while admiring the view of the city. In addition, the air conditioning will keep the apartment cool and comfortable throughout the day.  
  
We offer high-speed Internet throughout the apartment so you can stay connected and enjoy your time in Buenos Aires to the fullest. In addition, our building has a security camera at the entrance to ensure the safety of our guests.

Guest Access:  
  
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.  
  
Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Palermo Botánico is a neighborhood in Buenos Aires that stands out for its beautiful Botanical Garden, one of the most important in Latin America. This neighborhood is a very attractive residential area for tourists, with numerous parks, gardens and squares to enjoy nature and tranquility.  
  
Palermo Botánico also has a wide gastronomic and cultural offer, with numerous restaurants, bars and designer shops. In addition, it is famous for its colorful craft and antique fairs that take place in its squares on weekends.

Getting Around:

Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:  
  
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
