The room type is not which we booked. The air conditioner and Fridge are loud. Only provide one face towel per room although there are three guests

The requested room type is not provided. The air conditioner and fridge are very loud. Only provide 1 face towel per room although there are three guests.

Great location!
Highly recommend. Clean, but the biggest selling points are location and price. We stayed there coming and going through Buenos Aires. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean and working flat at a fair price
Nice flatlet, god airconditioning, hot water. Clean, kitchen was useful but there were no pans or cooking implements, just a kettle. They did go out and buy a frying pan when we asked (came the next day) Wifi in room good at times, bad or non existent at others, it explains the many people in the fiyer on their computers.

Excellent value in central Buenos Aires
An excellent value for a clean, centrally-located place to sleep while exploring Buenos Aires, with breakfast and wifi included, and a small kitchen with a fridge, range, and sink. The building is older, with the expected wear and tear, but well maintained. The freezer needed defrosting and the toilet tended to run, but that made it seem like home!

Centrally located at walking distance from major downtown destinations. Spacious accommodations with kitchenette and dining area. Large bed + a spare when traveling with kids. Excellent WiFi, and a Business Center by the lobby are perfect for business travelers. Everything you need for a comfortable stay without "luxury" features you don't need. Helpful and friendly staff complete a great package. I will be back. .

Value for Money
Overall it was satisfactory, given price and location. But decor is a bit old and air-cons were very noisy and staff was neither helpful nor friendly.

Just misses the mark
Good: great breakfast (all you can eat from a menu including eggs), good and safe location that’s close to bus and boat terminals. Lots of shopping close by. Great gym with free water and lightly used equipment. Larger rooms compared to average. Bad: staff seemed unemotional or undertrained. Service industry requires ability to live in customers shoes which is missing here. Rooms are old and dated, better suited for 1990. AC is very loud and clicky. You need it because of the heat but it’s loud and super cold with no other options. WIFI is the worst in South America (traveled 6 countries now), it cut out 5 times in 2 days, very frustrating for a traveler. Had to move rooms twice due to broken window and placing in wrong rooms. Dirty dishes in cabinet. One power outlet for each room that is far away from the beds so if you have an alarm you’ll need to get up and walk across the room each morning.

Maintenance problems
We staid 8 days Good: located very close to everything, the desk & staff very helpful, the inside and rooms was clean with refrigerator, Mico & hot plate. Good breakfast and overall nice staff. Bad: from day one our toilet did not flush good, after two days of trying they got it running, but the following day again it did not flush for the rest of our stay, The window shatter did not work & no blinded curtains, (the neighbors can look in), the water in the showers turn very hot or cold without input, there was no pan or kettle for the hot plate,

I stay here each time I travel to Argentina. The staff are always wonderful and very very kind, they do all that they can to assist, multilingual and someone is at reception 24hrs per day. My room has breakfast included, and their has always been a great variety, breads, medialunas (kind of like a heavier form of croissants), dulces (sweet pastries, some with fruit others with dulce de leche, which if you haven't tried you need to, it is a caramel like no other), cheese, ham, fruit, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, cereal and yoghurt, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, with 2 fruit juices as well. The location is close to one of the main shopping streets, Av Florida, as well as close to pharmacy, mini market, and many restaurants (both eat in or take away). I will stay again when I am next in town. The receptionist that welcomed me remembers me each time I stay, despite the last one being 3 yrs ago.

Aspen Suites Hotel has a convenient location and gives good value. The lobby and dining areas are nice. However, our room clearly needs renovation. Receptionists at the front desk are fluent in English. Guests can change money at the hotel or ask them to reserve a taxi. The housekeeping staff is helpful. Overall, we are quite pleased with the hotel.

Was a great base for BA. The hotel was pretty well located and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were very helpful! Was great to have a big room and a chance to unpack our bags and spread out!

Nice lobby and public area, room is so-so.
The lobby and breakfast area as very nice and the selection at the breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint was that the room itself was not well laid out. I expected a single room, but instead it had three twin beds. The window opened on to an air shaft, and the wall paper was scuffed up in some places. The bathroom was good, but the bottom of the door was missing some veneer. For the price I paid, I was satisfied with the room.

The room was comfortable but no view, which made me feel closed up. The staff was good but language was problem. The front desk staff was very helpful and solved problems related to Spanish and directions.

Great location. Decently presents hotel lobby & breakfast area. However the rooms are a completely different story, as if you were in a different hotel altogether. Bathroom and kitchen doors were warped and did not come even close to shutting (10 cm gap). Room furniture cheap, old and worn out. Bed matters very stiff and the pillows and linen were of poor quality and very worn out. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite, and if you don't mind very much the negatives this is an excellently located hotel.

Very Nice Stay
I loved staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located to the Subte, as well as museums and other sights and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and patient with my Spanish. The breakfast was filling. It was clean and quiet. The WiFi was a little spotty, but it wasn't terribly inconvenient. I would absolutely stay here again!

Large with comfy king size bed but a bit noisy
This was my first visit to South America so I'm not sure how it compares to others. The room was large with a good king size bed, comfy lounge and armchairs as well as dining table and chairs, and a reasonable kitchenette. The staff were all friendly and the cleaning excellent. The downsides were constant noise from nearby air conditioners and the room one was particularly noisy. The lounge broke and the toilet seat was loose, and neither were fixed during our stay. The breakfast was OK but fairly basic. Nevertheless, it wasn't too bad and we considered staying on, but in the end found another place and that turned out better.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast. One issue we had was one lift was being fixed so was a bit tough as we were on the 9th floor - there was still one working though so we were ok. Overall the lift issue was minor and I will stay here again when I am back in Buenos Aires.
