Brand new building, exceptional location, 2 blocks from Avenida Cabildo, 1 block from Av. Monroe and 6 blocks from Avenida del Libertador. You are 15 blocks from CLUB ATLETICO RIVER PLATE (Monumental, YOU CAN WALK). You are 9 blocks from the FLENI INSTITUTE. You are 10 blocks from CABILDO Y JURAMENTO. You are 6 km from PALERMO HOLYWOOD, 12 km from AEROPARQUE, 7 blocks from CHINA DISTRICT. The area is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Many commercial premises. 36  
  
The apartment has Shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel, towels, sheets and pillows. Liquid Soap for washing clothes. Hair dryer that is mounted on the bathroom wall. We also have a cleaning service that includes changing linen and cleaning the apartment, you must request it from Mariela through WAPP. COST 12 USD each cleaning. The garage has a cost of 15 usd per day. (check availability).  
  
Studio apartment with kitchenette, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, set of cooking pots, dishes for 4 people. 1 double bed 1.90 x 1.60 and a sofa bed that becomes double with a width of 1.50\. Comfortable apartment for 3 people although if there are children, 4 people can be accommodated. The apartment has 100 megabytes Wi-Fi and cable television. Hair dryer mounted on the bathroom wall  
  
It has a cowork on the top floor, it is a space specifically designed to work in a comfortable and harmonious way. CLARIFICATION: INTERNET 1 TB (THE FASTEST SPEED). The building has a LAUNDRY space with a washing machine and dryer that works with tokens with a cost which can be obtained at the Super Chino. The address is CUBA 2581.  
  
On the same day of the guest's arrival, we contact them by Wapp to send them all the check-in instructions, and we receive them at the time of their arrival.
