"We absolutely loved this location & home! Alex is an amazing host & attends to all needs. Loved watching sunrise & sunset here & Alex has everything you need in each unit (3 total). We enjoyed this as a base to explore majy areas like Cabo Pulmo, La Paz, Cabo, and La Ventana. Snorkeling is excellent off the rocks at a nearby point. Beach is perfect. And paddling to the rocks we saw 4 species of rays, schools of fish, dolphins off shore & clear water. So perfect! We hope to return for more...

"Overall impression of this property is: if you are backpacking or travelling on the cheap, this property would be well suited for you IF it was listed at half the price. You get one room (no refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards were empty (no utensils, pots/pans, dishes), no beach chairs, one lanai chair, yes a/c) and one bathroom (no hot water in shower). We got our key on Day 4. It needed a deep clean before we got there. We booked this property at least 6 months in advance, there was enough...

"My girlfriend and I spent five days in Javier‘s home and found it to be spectacular in all ways. It is small, but completely efficient and outfitted for what you need. The pool and yard as well as the rooftop are perfect for hanging out. The bed is extremely comfortable, and watching sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop was spectacular. Close to a beautiful beach, close to Los Barilles for restaurants and all of your needs. We highly recommend this house and this host!"

"We are retired and stayed for 20 days in February. It was a little bit colder for the first 3 days when we arrived on 2/8 but soon warmed up. Beautiful home with everything and more than we could need. Gabriella has thought of everything. Bed was comfortable and the shower was always hot. "Comfy condo, with all the amenities. There are spices in the cupboard, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, and a full wine rack that you can use, as long as you replace the bottle. Ross and Debb were quick with a reply, if anything was needed. The weather cooperated, so we had blue skies, warm temps and smooth water for swimming."
