With 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, this beautifully remodeled Victorian gem, built in 1901, is just blocks from downtown Salida, and is perfect for your group or family, there's plenty of room! We LOVED the location and the house. An older house that is was so quaint with up to date appliances and so well supplied. It was everything we needed and more. Personally, loved the sunflower room. Fun to watch the deer everyday. We had a small issue getting into the house (lockbox no longer there keypad on the door) After hours was so easy to reach and not only stayed on the phone and ready to come out if needed but followed up with multiple text/email in the morning to make sure everything was good. House was well equipped , nicely decorated and it's a nice walk into downtown. My only complaint and it's fairly big , is the exterior landscaping is a huge mess. We drove by the house twice because we thought it couldn't possibly be our rental , it looked like it was abandoned. If I lived next door to this home , I wouldn't be happy . It had pretty much everything that we needed for our stay, especially all the amenities you need for cooking. The only things I would note: there was no shampoo or conditioner in either shower, and the bedrooms all get very cold (we stayed in winter) with the doors closed. There were space heaters and extra blankets to help with this. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property! ##### Jace D. Easy walk to downtown. Enjoyed snowshoeing and nearby hot springs. Updated home had lots of room for the 4 of us and was very clean and comfortable. ##### Ellen C.
