I have stayed in a Motel 6 before but this location was beyond terrible. First, the front desk staff was not very welcoming. They informed me upon arrival (about 11pm) that the hotel would not have water for their guests. How do you take a 2-day reservation if you will be out of water??? That was strike one.. given the time, we had no option but to stay and cancel the following day. Second, I am not familiar with this area but wow! What a clientele! People hanging out outside wrapped in their blankets, yelling across doors, with trash EVERYWHERE! Needless to say, I was not feeling safe. So! Would I recommend this specific hotel… NO. Especially not this location. Roaches were also found in our room. To make it worth your read, I have included pros and cons below: Pros: close to the freeway. Cons: dirty, unsafe, found roaches in room, and no water.

Checked in to my room around 6:30ish. Prior to this a really nice staff member called to confirm the room. Got there and there was a sign the water was shut off. Said maybe a couple hours okay no biggie. Left my stuff and didn’t come back to the room until around midnight and went straight to bed. HUGE MISTAKE. I woke around 4am to see 3 cockroaches on the floor and wall! And what looked like a bed bug on the bed. I hoped to the other bed. Once it was time to get up and shower there was tons of blood specs on the wall. Someone definitely was shooting up drugs there. How they didn’t clean that up I don’t know. I cut my visit short and was just refunded my second nights stay but honestly wish I would have gotten my money back. Never going back it was so gross. Stay at motel 6 main gate or the one on harbor Blvd instead wayyyy cleaner.

The staff is wonderful 😊 the rooms are clean and my bed is so comfortable.Their are many fast foods and restaurant walking distance. So if you want a Great place to stay this is the place.👍👍

They gave us a handicap room and the bathroom floods when you shower, the water came out to the room, it was terrible. And you can see it always happens cause the tv furniture was damaged by water at the bottom, the wood was all rotten and cracked, damages that had been there since long ago and they still don’t do anything to fix this.

There was no room service. Rooms stunk like smoking and cigarettes. There was no shampoo, no soap, no towel service, no courtesy to clean room as usual. There was no housekeeping for an entire week of stay. It was unreal. Definitely do not recommend to stay there.

Satff was friendly. This was the first time I have ever been asked to provide a copy of identification from both adults staying in the room which was a little inconvient since we both were not there at the time. The room apppeared to be clean but felt dirty due to the conditions.
