The place was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the facility was in need of serious repairs. The doors, baseboards and shower all need to be replaced in the room. The furniture looked old.

Our stay was amazing ! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Nice and quiet stay. Had a problem with something I might’ve left in the room after check out , they went and checked personally for me and let me go back in and check with the cleaning staff. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Room was clean and tidy , a/c blew strong and cold all three days.

Front desk staff was phenomenal. Pool was clean. Breakfast was weak. Your choice was toast, cereal or waffles. Room 109 has 3 electrical outlets that need to be replaced. Maids failed to clean the shelf in the closet. Overall none of this is a dealbreaker and if we come down to SoCal again, I would have no problem staying here again.

The Howard Johnson by Wyndham wasn't luxurious, but it was restful, very clean, safe, and comfortable. I really liked the clean wood-like floors. The AC always worked. The bed was freshly made and a great sleep. The staff was kind, caring, and hardworking. Breakfast was filling with waffles, cereal, bread, milk and plenty of freshly brewed coffee. Many restaurants, Walmart, and Target are five minutes away. It was easy to get on freeways from the hotel.

It was okay when needed. It was convenient as for the commute between activities. Breakfast was limited to cereal, toast, waffles and I believe bagels….no meat nor eggs. Apple and orange juice. It strikes me as hotel for people between homes. My daughter encountered a roach in the bathroom which quite possibly could have come from outside. Oh and the towels are very limited. Overall the hotels just needs to be renovated but it was an okay stay for an affordable price.

Amar was very polite and helpful. The house keeoers kept the rooms clean and tidy , we got clean towels and bed made everyday. The pool.and spa was great . We even got to do laundry. The food around this property is affordable . The place is quiet and very convenient to disney land. Ill always choose this place.

Came here for my son’s trophy ceremony for a weekend and a used condom was found by my 5 y.o child in which we notified management right away. There real ones was the manager wasn’t in to come back tomorrow morning. We go the following morning, and their manager still wasn’t in. Since I booked on Expedia I was told there was nothing they can do for us and they REFUSED to give me a refund. The mattress are so FILTHY with STAINS!!!!!! They have big spiders in the room and shortage of towels. The mattress didn’t even have a cover there was ripped up sheets with holes in them. The mattress was SO UNCOMFORTABLE and un sturdy. I wasn’t able to sit on the bed without almost falling off. There was no type of support. Horrible experience. Filthy rooms. Extremely horrible customer service!

Always stay here whenever I come to LA. Close to freeway and convenient for all my travel needs. Rooms are comfy and clean. This time I was able to check in early, staff is always amicable and willing to help whenever they can. Breakfast is always a plus. :)

The people were friendly and the beds were comfortable, the AC was fine. Our room smelled bad - like stale. Our key cards had to be redone multiple times. Every day housekeeping shorted us on towels. Breakfast was a joke - extremely limited and the waffles were not good at all. All in all, a lot of little things that added up to a poor experience.
